A Perfect Diamond With Precision



Step I

Our Diamond experts select the best quality diamond seeds. This best seeds are very carefully positioned on a metal disk inside the diamond-growing lab. This is for the perfection of diamonds.

Step II:

As the metal disk over which the diamond seeds is placed within a diamond growing reactor.As our lab is processing the chemical vapor deposition & high pressure and high temperature.

Step III:

For the next 10-12 weeks, the diamond seeds will stays in the labs for the various process. All the different process viz, combination of gases, pressure & exact temperature which required for the environment that allows carbon atom to break down & helps the seeds. As the process continues & layer by layer a seeds turns into a rough diamond.

Step IV:

As these rough diamonds are finally ready to cut into various shapes & sizes. This all will be dne by our high tech factory. Our master expertise in cutting & polishing are handled these diamonds for the beautiful and enchanting look of the diamond.

Step V:

Now the Lab grown diamond is ready to get into the jewelry and makes the jewelry precious.

For growing Diamonds, the most popular method is called chemical vapor deposition (CVD). It starts with a tiny diamond seed which is made of a repeating lattice of carbon atoms.The seeds are placed inside a microwave plasma oven. The oven zaps natural gas into a plasma of carbon, which sticks to each seed and slowly builds up a diamond, atom by atom.

In the HPHT method, there are three main press designs used to supply the pressure and temperature necessary to produce synthetic diamond: the belt press, the cubic press and the split-sphere (BARS) press. Diamond seeds are placed at the bottom of the press. The internal part of press is heated above 1400 °C and melts the solvent metal. The molten metal dissolves the high purity carbon source, which is then transported to the small diamond seeds and precipitates, forming a large synthetic diamond chemical vapor deposition (CVD).
